We did limit the car’s torque for more pull tru revs & as smooth power curve as possible (but will be raised 10-20Nm after some more fiddling with the map! along with 220+hp to make ST220/ ST225 owners jealous, with same or better performance with 40-50MPG They also tested 2 cars to see what the Intake Air charge tempertures were under load, a Complete standard car and street performance’s modified Mondeo, Both cars tested with 8 degrees Ambient Air temps, Results – Completely Standard car under load, the Intake tempertures kept rising up to 55-60° and above! Fully tuned car with the Airtec Intercooler fitted and the Intake temps never went higher then 15°, so IC works very well and gives much less stress on engine.
